Wael was a great leader in the sales division he represented. He understood his customers and was able to quickly ascertain where they were having issues and knew where to go to get those issues resolved. Solving those customer’s business issues made Wael a success and an example of how to go about sales. Because of his ability to craft solutions that solved business issues for his customers, he was very respected by his customers and his peers. Wael was a true leader and thought leader.
