And people’s expectations about your reputation are pretty high. In fact, 49% of consumers expect a four-star rating from a business they will consider buying from them.

Consumers now a days rely heavily on online reviews once a decision is made. Businesses should make it a habit to monitor their online reviews and to make sure they manage their negative ones.
